Tom Roberts was born and raised in Fairbanks and graduated from Washington State University in 1968.  A licensed realtor since 1979, he opened his own office in 1985 specializing in commercial properties.  In 1988, Tom completed the requirements to receive the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.   In the early 1980's, Tom Roberts Realty worked with a developer on several strip mall projects then later with lending institutions including Sea First Bank, FDIC, Mutual Benefit Life, Key Bank, and others on property depositions.  Properties sold include:  The Washington Plaza Mall, the Campus Corner Mall, the Eagle Plaza Mall, the Nerland Building, and the North Star Warehouse (60,000 sq. ft. warehouse and 15 acres of land).

Chad Roberts has joined his father as a licensed broker at Tom Roberts' Realty.  Chad received his Business Degree from Eastern Washington University and has been handling sales for many  years.  Chad has also taken several CCIM classes and looks forward to joining his father as a Certified Commericial Investment Member (CCIM) in the near future.  His fresh approach, easy demeanor, and market knowledge is an invaluable addition to their commercial realty office.
